Tito García was born in Salamanca, Spain. He studied at the Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Malaga, Spain under the professors Horacio Socías, José Felipe Díaz and Professor Kurt Seibert at the University of the Arts Bremen, Germany. From 1996 to 1998, he was awarded the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation’s artistic scholarship. He studied chamber music with the Berlin Philarmonic Wind Quintet. He obtained a Master in Music from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). Tito García has given concerts in Germany, Argentina, Portugal and Spain. In October 1998 he made his professional debut at the Teatro Colon of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was also invited to play at the Tiempo de Teatro foundation in San Martin, Argentina. In Germany he has played at the Spanish Culture Institute, at the Institute Francais, at the Siebold Hall of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Bonn, in the Haus im Park as part of the J. Brahms weeks, and at the Young Artists´s Festival Bayreuth, Germany. He has also given concerts in several German cities. In December 1998 he made his Spanish debut, this debut was highly critically acclaimed and recorded for television (TVE). In 1999 and 2000 he performed at the Max Reger Festival in Weiden, Bayreuth, and Regensburg at the Domspatzen centre. This performance received much critical acclaim and was recorded for radio and television (Bayerisches Rundfunk). He has played at the Week of Ibero-American music in Bremen, and at the German-Polish society within the framework of the celebrations to mark F. Chopin’s 150th birthday. He played concerts in Germany, on the F. Liszt original grand piano (Rococó Saal der Steingräber und Söhne, Bayreuth), as well as in Spain and Portugal in different concert halls, including chamber music concerts with the groups FACTUM TRIO, TEMPO DE CÁMARA  and Guillermo Salcedo (fagot) at Auditorio Nacional de Música de Madrid, Ateneo de Madrid, Juan March Foundation,  Arte Sacro Madrid Festival, Círculo Valenciano de Madrid, C. Duque Hall, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Albarracín Festival, Teruel Festival, Sta. Maria da Feira Festival, Malaga’s Philharmonic Society (Maria Cristina’s Theatre) and Santander Festival, also with different orchestras: NEOTONARTE Symphony Orchestra, DISCANTO Chamber Orchestra, ARS FUTURA Chamber Orchestra, King Juan Carlos Symphony Orchestra. He recorded the music for the film Déjàvu, including the solo piano parts, this film was prized with the Best Short Award at the Hollywood Film Festival 2003 (USA). He has played as an organist and clavecinist for the international cultural and musical project “Five centuries in the frontier”, sponsored by the Culture Ministry, the National Society for cultural commemorations (Spain), and was also recorded live for national Spanish television (T.V.E). Together with Andreas Wittmann (Berlin Philarmonic’s oboist) he collaborated at the International Master Classes Oviedo (Spain). He has also been invited to give piano master classes at academies, universities and schools in Spain. He is currently a teacher of piano and chamber music at the Madrid ’s Universidad Comillas He is also Music Director  of the UPCOMILLAS Chamber Orchestra and the musical coordinator for the national association Círculo Valenciano de Madrid
